Chris Chadwell completed a successful month’s lecture tour in Eastern USA in Spring 2011. He spoke to North American Rock Garden Society (NARGS) Chapters in Michigan, New York, and New England after being the key-note speaker at the American Primrose Society’s National Conference near Boston. In addition, he gave a Seminar at the University of Michigan about Walter Koelz, an American scientist who traveled in the Western Himalaya and Borderlands of Western Tibet in the 1930s, bestowing a posthumous Kohli Memorial Gold Medal on behalf of the Himalayan Plant Association.
